Staff
Trish Chandler was promoted to President of Quality Care Partners in April 2007. Prior to that, she was the Director of Client Services. Trish is also an LNA instructor and Basic Life Support instructor trainer. Her previous experience includes management positions in hospital, home and long term care settings.
She is a graduate of the Grace New Haven School of Nursing and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science.

- Director of Community Relations
As Director of Community Relations, Pat Philp serves as liaison between clients, community resources and professional referral sources. She provides ongoing assessments to clients, and supervises LNA and PCA care staff.
Pat’s nursing experience includes acute, home and community based care. She has a Masters degree in Gerontology from Springfield College and received her LPN license from Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA.
