Home care services are designed to address a broad range of needs. Quality Care Partners services include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Assistance with all aspects of personal care including, but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, bowel and bladder care
- Assistance with rehabilitative care, as instructed by a nurse or physical therapist
- Light housekeeping, household chores
- Assistance with meals: preparation, help with eating, kitchen clean up
- Shopping, assistance with other community activities
- Transportation to medical appointments, social events
- Companionship
A Break for Family Care Givers
For an individual who is a loved one’s caregiver, Quality Care Partners offers the Respite Care Program to provide some much-needed time away. Designed for flexibility, the Respite Care Program can give you some precious hours in a day or week when your time is your own to do errands, shop, or just relax.
