Transportation Available for Day Surgery & Medical Emergencies
Shirley recently moved to New Hampshire and didn’t have family or friends that could help her with transportation to and from day surgery. Without transportation assistance, her only other choice was a very costly overnight stay. Quality Care Partners stepped in and provided her with the required transportation support so she could safely return home after her surgery. On the way home, the caregiver filled her pain killer prescriptions. Once home, she stayed with Shirley until she was resting comfortably.
Mr and Mrs Snow requested Quality Care Partner's support to assist them in returning to their home in Virginia. Mr Snow suffered a heart attack while they were vacationing in New Hampshire. After a recovery period at Healthsouth, Quality Care Partners provided a licensed nursing assistant to accompany them on the plane back to Virginia where they were met by their son.
