Our Mission
Quality Care Partners will meet the personal and health care needs of the community by offering quality care to individuals of all ages with our well-trained, dedicated direct-care paraprofessionals.
We are committed to creating quality jobs for our caregivers, which includes employee involvement in company decisions, and elected representation on the Quality Care Partners Board of Directors.
Quality Care Partners provides paraprofessional home care services to clients who are elderly, chronically ill, or living with disabilities. Our service area encompasses much of southern New Hampshire, including Manchester, Nashua, and Concord, and extending into communities surrounding these cities.
Quality Care Partners’ ability to provide quality service for its clients is strengthened by the support we give our caregivers. We offer paid benefits, on-going training, and encourage active participation of Quality Care Partners caregivers in the governance of the company. The results are employee loyalty and commitment, which translates directly into consistent and reliable care for our clients.
Our History
Quality Care Partners was established as a paraprofessional health care agency in 1999. It was sponsored by three New Hampshire nonprofit organizations that recognized a need and joined together to provide initial funding and guidance. The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, and New Hampshire Catholic Charities were there in the beginning, and continue their support today.
Quality Care Partners was developed in close cooperation with the Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute (PHI), a nonprofit organization that supports a network of employee-centered paraprofessional agencies and training programs throughout the United States. PHI founded these agencies on the same principle that underlies the Quality Care Partners mission: high-quality paraprofessional home care is achieved through the creation of high-quality paraprofessional jobs.
PHI assists paraprofessional health care agencies with technical assistance in the areas of recruitment, training, operations, marketing, political analysis and advocacy, all of which are provided to help improve the quality of home care, and the quality of paraprofessional jobs in the home care sector.
