Directions
From Boston and points south:
- I-93 North to I-293
- I-293 to Manchester; Take Exit 6 Amoskeag Bridge.
- Bear right by Ramada Inn and continue over the Amoskeag Bridge. Follow signs to the “Business District.”
- At the first light, turn right onto Elm Street.
- Quality Care Partners is located at 1361 Elm Street, Suite 302. There is parking in the back of our building.
From Concord and points north:
- I-93 North to I-293
- I-293 to Manchester; Take Exit 6 Amoskeag Bridge.

From Portsmouth and the seacoast:
- I-95 South to Route 101 West toward Manchester.
- As you approach Manchester on Route 101 look for the I-93 North (Concord) right-hand exit. You will travel on I-93 North for a short distance.
- Stay in the right lane on I-93 North and take the first exit you come to, Exit 8 (Wellington Road/Bridge Street) to Route 28A.
- Follow exit ramp around to the right, completing almost a full circle. Stay in the right lane and exit onto Bridge Street.
- Follow Bridge Street to the 8th set of lights, and turn right onto Elm Street.
- Quality Care Partners is located at 1361 Elm Street, Suite 302.There is parking in the back of our building.
